- Company objective: enhancement of product portfolio to mechatronic systems
- Challenges:
- Limited competence in electronics, software and system engineering
- Missing development processes, -methods and -tools
- Customer pressure for rapid introduction of mechatronic systems
TARGETS
- Training of leadership team and all functions in AGILE methods, development of new „mindset“
- Plan to close competence- and process gaps and implementation thereof
- Customer requirements: ASPICE Level 2 as well as ISO26262 ASIL–B for new mechatronic actuators
RESULTS & SUCCESSES
- First pilot projects using SCRUM, DtC, DFSS completed successfully
- Recruitment of more than 30 software-, electronics- and system engineers in 2019
- Achieved ASPICE Level 1 in December 2019
